Keith studied Graphic Design at London College of Printing, London 1981-84. Worked in the Design & Advertising industry for thirteen years. Opened ‘the first Digital Art Gallery in the UK’, Colville Place Gallery in 1995. Moved to Hoxton Square 2002 (Delux Gallery) until 2005 then worked for various Arts Council projects.

Keith started working for Canary Wharf Group, London in 2008 as Public Art Officer, and simultaneously started Kinetica Art Fair, London, which ran until 2014. Since then, Keith has been instrumental in developing the Winter Lights festival at Canary Wharf.
